A young man studying computer network technology at UCLAN, James Milligan has a calm, quiet cool about him. But don't go thinking that he's some computer nerd who never leaves his Xbox, you couldn't be further from the truth. James has a passion for video cameras, so when a truck fell through the road in mid-October he was the first, and in fact only, person to go to look with his camera. The footage that he shot was then taken by the BBC for use in their show that night.
